Non Return Valve with Weld End and Ferrule

APPLICATION
Our range of non-return valve is designed to prevent reverse flow. The valve is normally kept open by the flow of the liquid at one direction, with minimum pick-up pressure at 0.6 bar, to prevent reversal of the flow. Greater pressure at the down stream side will force the valve plug to close against its seat by a spring. This valve is designed for a maximum working pressure of 10 bar.

STANDARD DESIGN
The valve consist of 2 pieces bodies and assembled by a heavy duty clamp ring, a guide disc, 4 legs end disc and 2 pieces seals.

MATERIAL
Stainless steel 304 & 316L for part contact with product. Clamp ring is stainless steel 304. Semi bright finishing.
EDPM seal for temperature range at (10°c ~ 125°c)
